* Maintenance - easy cleaning:
1- Clean and dry the surface
2- Apply oil with cloth, brush or sponge
3- Use kitchen towel or cotton cloth to remove excess oil within 10-15 minutes.
Surface should be dry after 6-8 hours.
* All of our butcher blocks are made from edge grain Black Walnut for long lasting beauty, Edge grain is denser than face grain giving you a more robust surface ideal for cutting.
