The German producer price indices for pine tended to point downwards in November 2022. On average, the index for log wood fell by -1,2% to 92,1 points. B qualities reached the level of 105,7 points ( -3,8% ), to which 3/4 m lengths contributed with to 103,1 points.
C qualities in November reached 90 points ( 1,6% ). B/C qualities reached 82,8 points ( -0,5% compared to the previous month).
For spruce pulpwood Destatis calculated an index of 111,7 points (2,75%). Pulpwood of pine reached 107,2 points ( 6,1% ). Douglas fir pulpwood reached 82,2 points ( 15,1% ). The softwood pulpwood index arrived at 107,6 points ( 7,6% ).
